Yoplait Fiber One Yogurt Review And Giveaway is now Closed





Thanks to MyBlogSpark and Yoplait I was given the opportunity to try Fiber One yogurt for free! I love yogurt. I enjoy flavored yogurts the most so I chose to try the Strawberry Fiber One yogurt from Yoplait. I enjoyed the texture and the flavor but the best part is each cup is only 50 calories and provides 20% of your daily fiber. It is also a good source of calcium and vitamins A and D, making this an all-around great choice for dieters and those watching their weight. My husband is having a lap band procedure soon. His doctor told me not to "undermine" his efforts of dieting, so I stopped cooking for him. That seems to have helped a great deal!
My son has several medical issues, and has to take extra fiber, I need to try this for him!
I also try to limit the amount of "bad" foods that I bring into the house, usually by eating them before I get home :)
