We moved this past summer and we are trying to sell our home. It is located in Collinsville, Texas which is a great location for commuting to Sherman, Gainesville, Denton or even to Thackerville, Oklahoma.

We lived in our home for 11 years. It is now 17 years old and it is move in ready. We have painted, cleaned the carpets, scrubbed the cabinets, etc. This home is 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and has a 2 car carport with a concrete driveway. The exterior is brick and vinyl siding. You will never have to paint the exterior of this home. There is a huge willow tree out front that is great for climbing and memory making also.

I would love to see someone move into our home and love it as much as we did.
