I say: I like a good, quick, no cook breakfast in the mornings. I need something that gives me energy and good nutrition at the same time. I like that Cinnamon Burst Cheerios provides both of these requirements for me. The cereal taste great and I love that it has 5 grams of dietary fiber in each 1 cup serving. This is a tasty way for me to get the fiber that I need.
